Why Siliq pays you in the stock of the companies that built your GPU, the words you need, and the manual for one instrument.
You paid for the silicon once.
A graphics card costs money, and that money goes up a supply chain: to the company that designed the chip, to the foundry that etched it, to the maker of the memory beside it. Those companies are some of the largest in the world.
Siliq sends a small share back down. Give your card 15 minutes in a browser tab. It runs real GPU work, our server checks the run, and a vault on Robinhood Chain pays you in tokenized shares of the same companies. An NVIDIA card pays in NVDA, TSM, SKHY and SMH.
The vault holds the shares before anyone earns them. $SILQ decides whether your runs are paid, and the payout arrives as stock tokens. We write down what the system checks and what it cannot check yet; the docs keep that list and the roadmap orders the fixes.
In plain words
- GPU
- The chip in your computer that draws games and runs AI models. A chip designer, a foundry and a memory maker each built a part of it.
- Tokenized stock
- A share of a listed company or fund, carried as a token on a blockchain. A third party issues the ones on Robinhood Chain; Siliq holds them and pays them out.
- Vault
- A public contract on Robinhood Chain that holds the stock tokens. Every reward comes out of it, and anyone can read its balance.
- Cycle
- A 6 hour window. Runs add up inside it, and when it closes everyone in it is settled at once.
- Voucher
- A note signed by Siliq that lists the tokens you earned in one cycle and how many. You redeem it on chain from your own wallet.
- Settler
- The server key that signs vouchers. It can sign a voucher for any token the vault holds, so treat it as a hot key until vault ownership moves to a multisig.
- SCU
- Siliq compute unit, the measure of verified work. On SLQ-01, one SCU is 28 teraflops.

Manual: SLQ-01
SLQ-01 is the compute instrument, and the one instrument that also runs on WebGL2. It chains fused multiply-add passes over 1,048,576 lanes, and each pass reads the output of the one before, so the GPU cannot skip ahead or cache a result.
Chained fused multiply-add over a million vec4 lanes. Settled on Robinhood Chain.

Each GPU does better on some work than others. The lineage split stays the same on every instrument; the score does not.
Questions
What do I receive?+−
Tokenized shares of the companies in your GPU's supply chain, on Robinhood Chain. An NVIDIA card pays in NVDA, TSM, SKHY and SMH. An Apple chip pays in AAPL, TSM, SKHY and SMH. Samsung has no stock token on Robinhood Chain, so its slice is paid in EWY, a South Korea ETF.
Where do the rewards come from?+−
From the vault and nowhere else. It holds the stock tokens before anyone earns them, and a run mints nothing. Anyone can deposit into it with a memo, and Siliq turns ETH paid for API keys and render jobs into deposits.
Do bigger holders earn more?+−
Yes. $25 of $SILQ is etch at ×1 on 1 GPU; $250 of $SILQ is stack at ×1.25 on 2 GPUs; $2,500 of $SILQ is tape-out at ×1.5 on 4 GPUs. The tier is set when you take a pass, and a pass lasts 24 hours.
Why do I need to hold $SILQ?+−
Without a gate, bots could farm the vault with free runs. Holding at least $25 in the wallet you mine with is the gate. Siliq checks it when you take a pass, when a run starts and when it ends.
What happens before launch?+−
Runs work today. They are scored, listed on the feed and written to the open dataset, and none of them is paid. The $SILQ contract and the vault go live together, and the addresses appear on this site and at @siliq on X.
Is it safe for my computer?+−
A run is a 15, 30 or 60 minute WebGPU workload, the same API games and ML demos use. Fans will spin up and the card will run warm. Nothing installs, and nothing runs after you close the tab.
Does Siliq know my exact GPU?+−
Sometimes. Browsers limit what they reveal about hardware. Siliq names the vendor and family it is sure of, and the exact model when the browser exposes it.
Can I cheat it?+−
Some of it, and the docs say which part. Runs carry server-signed tokens, complete once and stop at a ceiling per vendor family. A modified client can still report a score up to that ceiling, or claim another vendor. Spot-checked kernels are on the roadmap to close that gap.
What is a render job?+−
A buyer pays ETH and names a scene seed. Miners on SLQ-03 render frames of it while they run, and the ETH goes toward stock tokens for the vault. Render jobs open at launch.
Is this investment advice?+−
No. Siliq is software that pays out of a vault. Token prices move, the vault can run low, and nothing here asks you to buy anything. The governor holds payouts near 1.2% of the vault a day.
